AUD/NZD retreats further from 1.0200

FXStreet (Córdoba) - AUD/NZD continued to move to the downside on Friday. After reaching 1.0221 yesterday, the pair started to pullback. Initially found support above 1.0150 but today on Asian hours broke to the downside, and resumed the slide. Recently reached a fresh daily low at 1.0111 and ahead of the weekend remains near the lows, holding a bearish tone.

The aussie is back to the level it had on Thursday before the release of the Australian employment report. That day climbed momentarily above 1.0200 but failed to hold and started to pull back. The pair is about to end the week with a 70 pips loss from the level it had last Friday.

AUD/NZD technical levels

To the upside, resistance level lie at 1.0145/50, 1.0210/20 (April 6, 17 high) and 1.0265. On the flip side, support might be located at 1.0090, 1.0075 (April 15 low) and 1.0035.
