UK PM spokesman: UK will be leaving EU

The UK PM Theresa May's spokesman was out on the wires in the last minute, saying that Britain will be leaving EU.

The statement comes after the European (EU) Council President Donald Tusk's comments earlier that the UK can have a "change of heart" on Brexit and EU still open to UK staying in the EU.
