EU's Barnier: there are significant differences on Brexit transition deal

The EU's Chief Brexit negotiators Michel Barnier was out on the wires in the last minute, saying that there are significant points of disagreement with UK over transition.

   •  UK wants to extend transition past 2020 that would not be possible
   •  UK needs to produce Brexit withdrawal text on table asap
