The European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, while speaking over guidelines on the framework of future EU-UK relations, in Strasbourg, France, said:

   •  Need Brexit clarity from the UK government
   •  UK’s Brexit speeches must be translated iInto details
   •  Brexit must mean no change for citizens in Ireland
