UK Spokesperson: won't change position on Irish customs border

The UK government spokesman is out on the wires, via Reuters, responding to the European Commission Chief Negotiator, Michel Barnier's statement that backstop cannot be extended to whole UK, and said that Britain will never accept customs border between Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK.
