UK Labour Brexit Spokesman Starmer: Labour Party will officially back Cooper amendment

The UK’s opposition party, Labour Party, Brexit spokesmen Starmer is on the wires now, via Reuters, noting that his party will officially back Cooper Amendment.

This comes as the UK strives hard to avoid a disorderly Brexit.  The Cooper amendment will allow the lawmakers to pass a bill requiring PM May to seek an extension to Article 50 in the event of a no deal Brexit.unitedk
