EU's Moscovici: Optimistic that UK won't crash out of EU on April 12

The European Union economics commissioner Pierre Moscovici was out with some comments in the last hour, via Reuters, saying that he was convinced Britain would not crash out of the EU on April 12 without a divorce deal.
