Italian PM Conte: The threat by the EU commission to sanction Italy is incomprehensible

Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte was out on the wires in the last hour saying that we are not seeking special treatment on the EU budget rules and are aiming to lower the structural deficit next year by 0.2%.
