The news is crossing the wires via The Press Association that the UK government's legislation to stop a no-deal Brexit will be completed by Friday. 

So far, the news has not had any impact on the GBP/USD. The currency pair is flat-lined around 1.2254, having confirmed a bullish reversal with a 1.4% surge on Wednesday.
